Waste of my time
I enjoyed the read on chocolate and did learn information on producing this delightful treat. Haven't tried the diet, but have taken on board one of the suggestions to reduce the cravings. It has worked.

This book has good structured and well organized content. The book provides in depth info about chocolate including a history lesson and science behind chocolate. The info helps justify the diet instructions. The diet is simple and easy-to-follow (you have to control your craving though). Great book! Can recommend for chocolate lovers!
Anyone who loves chocolate will love the chocolate diet! What an ingenious way to maintain a healthy weight without having to give up one of life's true pleasures. The book is filled with valuable information.
I love chocolate and I am very happy about this chocolate diet. It is a smart, logical and balanced diet that works. I didn't know before, how many advantages chocolate has. Ok, there are also a lot of disadvantages, but this book teaches how to avoid them. Great stuff. What I like are the wonderful meal ideas that work well with the chocolate diet.
I have NOY had chocolate in well over 3 months because I have been TRYING ti loose weight. I now see THAT was stupid and I now have a ridiculous amount of chocolate on my grocery list.
A book that promotes eating chocolate as a diet is a 5 star in my book...
Also, the origin of chocolate is amazing, and even if you don't believe that chocolate should be a DIET then it is STILL a good read!
